Rich Task- Picnic at the Esplanade

As part of our rich task the Jazzy Junior team went to the esplanade for a picnic. We ate and drunk bread and ginger beer that we made. It was amazing to see the yeast react by bubbling and fizzing!

We're making Bread!

Check out L.C. 2 kneading the bread. We watched the reaction of the yeast, sugar and water. Then after kneading the bread we watched how much it rised.
